Lauren Holmes is the CEO and founder of Frontiering. They maximize talent and create worldbuilders. They use Lauren’s savanting achievement technology introduced in The Encore: A Transformational Thriller and her upcoming book, Savanting: Outperform your Potential. An early iteration was captured in her 2001 bestseller, Peak Evolution: Beyond Peak Performance and Peak Experience.
Lauren’s education and career were designed to allow her to develop and test every part of savanting: She has a biological anthropology degree from the University of Toronto. After first becoming a change leader in global banks, she launched an executive search firm for change leaders for the boards and C-suites of large multinationals. This evolved into providing executive change leaders on contract before that field existed.
Recruiting executives evolved into executive coaching before that field existed. Coaching matured into co-creating new ventures and frontiers customized to ensure a client’s success. This unprecedented field capitalizes on Lauren’s gift as an execution creative as described in The Encore.
Lauren has raised the bar on human potential. She extends our capabilities with those of biological mechanisms to enable achievement beyond potential. Lauren is a biological anthropologist who exploits biology to accelerate and amplify goal achievement for individuals and companies.
As CEO, Frontiering, she excels at creating and scaling new frontiers. Lauren has spent over two decades making world-changers of executives in or from multinationals.
Lauren Holmes now provides talent maximization, execution leadership, and the invention of customized new frontiers for aspiring worldbuilders.
Lauren overviews her books:
“All of my books speak to a new level of human potential possible through a partnership with the biological infrastructure of which we are a part and with which we have co-evolved to operate.
Peak Evolution (2001, 2010) was my first pass at trying to identify how to conscript this bio-infrastructure to experience evolved states, rapid growth, a new level of peak performance, and to achieve bigger goals faster. The strategies arose from experimenting with what I had learned from interviewing 300 change executives in a compressed period of time with the eye of my degree in biological anthropology.
BioMaxed (2019) is a collection of articles I wrote in 2013 and 2014 as I examined some of the science, questions, methods, and applications that have evolved the Peak Evolution science into a more comprehensive methodology I’m calling savanting.
In developing a scientific discipline, I find I have to go into detail to make sure everything fits and there are no holes in my logic before I feel confident and capable enough to provide simpler instructions and explanations to others.
The Encore: A Transformational Thriller (2018) was an exciting opportunity to see savanting in action through ordinary fictional characters becoming heroic worldbuilders to save a planet. They comprise the supporting cast of the book’s real main character, transformation.
Savanting: Outperforming your Potential (2019) is a chance to look at savanting in action in the lives of real people. First, the savants for which savanting is named are introduced.
I then try to retrofit my science into the lives of accomplished individuals who are well known – entrepreneurial CEOs Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, Oprah, plus entertainer Jim Carrey for a different context. You can then decide whether their success was due to savanting in partnership with the bio-infrastructure.
In the process you’ll learn from their experiences how you can harness the bio-infrastructure to make your greatest impact on the world and reap your greatest rewards.”
